Drone pictures can provide a little more spice to your listing by being able to spotlight hard to see angles, showing off the neighborhood, and it could even help sell your property quicker!

1. Drone videos or pictures can capture more angles than regular photography. With drone videos or pictures you can fly the drone in many different angles that you wouldn’t be able to capture otherwise. This gives you an advantage in which you can provide more desirable images of your property that other can’t!
2. Show off the neighborhood! If your home is in a very desirable location, then having some good drone footage will help you stand out by being able to show off the other houses in the area.
3. It can help you sell your home quicker! By providing different angles, and a wider view of your neighborhood. Prospect buyers will have a better feel of the area, and may visit the home for further evaluation.
